In high voltage speech to kitui young entrepreneurs, the Minister for Youth, sports, and ICT Madam Phoebe Ndunyu asked youth people to look for innovative ways and be a problem solver, because the world is looking for people who will solve problems.

The CECM was speaking during the launch of Plug Mtaani/Vijana 2Invest buzna Idea Competition which was officiated by the Governor Dr Malombe

The CECM emphasized the importance of being problem solvers. She asserted that the ability to find solutions to challenges is a valuable skill that can lead to personal growth and success.

The Minister encouraged the young audience to embrace problems as opportunities for growth and to develop a mindset of resilience and determination, the TCD digital reports.

Minister Ndunyu emphasized that problem-solving skills are essential in both personal and professional lives. He highlighted that instead of dwelling on problems and complaining about them, it is crucial to take a proactive approach and look for ways to solve them.

By developing problem-solving abilities, young people can enhance their critical thinking skills, creativity, and resourcefulness. Minister Ndunyu also emphasized that being a problem solver not only benefits individuals but also promotes positive change within communities.

He urged the young audience to take up the challenge of becoming problem solvers and to make a difference in the world around them.

The exercise was attended by several Ministers, Chief officers, MCAs, stakeholders among others.
