On Saturday, April 6th, 2024, Mr. Nicholas Mulila, Safaricom’s Chief Security Officer, led a fundraising event aimed at supporting the construction of a new sanctuary for Kavisuni Catholic Church.
The event, geared towards raising over Ksh. 3 million for the project’s initial stages, witnessed an impressive turnout of leaders, professionals, and friends, all rallying behind this noble cause.
Mr. Nicholas Mulila, serving as the chief guest, played a pivotal role in the initiative by significantly contributing to the cause. He urged the faithful to remain steadfast and emphasized the importance of proper education as a key strategy to alleviate poverty. Joining him were prominent figures, including:

The remarkable generosity exhibited during the event was truly inspiring. Mr. Nicholas Mulila, alongside his 15 friends, contributed Ksh. 1.04 million towards the fundraiser, resulting in a total contribution of 3.1M, surpassing the initial budget of 3M.
