In a well delivered speech with exceedingly convincing words, the emerging charismatic leader Crispus Ileli has rallied the Kamba community to embrace president William Ruto’s broad based government and support its programmes.
Speaking today at Kang’au primary school in Kitui during the Jamhuri Day celebrations, Ileli urged the Kamba community to take advantage of Ruto’s magnanimity in opening his government for all Kenyans through the broad based initiative.
Mr. Ileli who is talented with a gift of the garb told the gathering that supporting president Ruto’s government would have a positive impact on the community. And to prove that he was not just empty talk, the visionary leader said he would personally take the lead in rallying the community to work with the Kenya Kwanza government.
“President William Ruto is the president of the day because he was given that mandate by the people. For us to reap maximum benefits, we have to support him and his administration” Ileli stated, attracting wild cheers as the gathering approved his sentiments.
“If our top leaders do not want to join the broad based government, i am also capable of whipping our people to support him. Are you giving me the mandate to talk to the president?” Ileli asked as the crowd roared back; “Yes! Yes! Ongea na Raisi, tumechoka na upinzani.”
Mr. Ileli praised president Ruto for his timely idea of seeking political stability in the country by reaching out to the opposition leaders such as Raila Odinga and his recent meeting with his predecessor; former president Uhuru Kenyatta.
“This is a president who means well for this country. We need political stability for the country’s economy to grow and for smooth running of government programmes,” he said.
At the same time, the former Chief of Staff rallied the community to register for the universal TaifaCare programme saying it is the only way to ensure every Kenyan has access to timely and quality healthcare services.
