Vonza MCA, Hon. Mark Ndingo, has criticized MPs for their failed attempt to impeach Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
Ndingo argued that the MPs, led by Mwengi Mutuse, underestimated the constitutional requirements and failed to properly research the evidence.
He further criticized Mutuse and witness Dr. Mulwa for lacking knowledge of constitutional processes, weakening the case.
